Yes, I agree but taking the Dept. of Education is not the answer. How are the kids being taught? Allow the money to have schools in rural areas, feed kids breakfast & lunch (even in my town in California, some kids only get fed in school) and then taking away Special Ed for kids is just wrong 😕

Lower parts of what? Kids in the US are not in the higher ranks then they should be because too much attention is on testing. They don't give kids enough time to absorb the information they just learned without going to the next lesson the next day. Teacher's are told focus on testing!
