She got great help for the data analysis from bioinformaticians (Philipp Savakis, Nikolina Sostaric, and Nandhini Kanagasabesan, and was helped by other labmembers Branka Popović, Leyma Wardak, Antonia Bradarić and Aurélie Guislain.

This was a fantastic collaboration with the Evelina Tutucci lab who taught us all about smFISH in non-adherent cells. And a heroic effort of Maria Valeria Lattanzio, to dared to jump into the deep and who really pulled it off.

We could simultaneously study how cytokine RNAs are transcribed and where mature mRNA goes to when T cells become activated. This method can shed light on as to why in some cases T cells can have really high mRNA levels, yet don't produce any protein (we showcase it for HuR deficiency).

Can we do the same with Farage please? Wilders? (who got a lot of platform by the journalists which in fact made him big... ) At least no more front page headlines. no place for lies there. Lets learn from this.

We used information on conservation, length, codon usage, miRNA and RNA Binding Protein and putative Post-translational modificationmotifs +more. Together #RNA abundance, we could predict protein abundance AND modulate protein expression with synthetic 3'UTRs, exemplified in #Tcells
