Omg, tell me about it! I was diagnosed with ADHD (hate that name, by the way) in my late 30's, and after medication and counseling I was finally able to join the ranks of my productive fellow humans! FYI, I dont have a deficit of attention, I just can't easily control what I'm paying attention to. 😁
