5 years ago, we got a second chance to save VTA after losing most of the committee votes on cuts.
Now service & ridership are back & we’re 351 days from going to the ballot for better service.
So much is possible when you don't give up and listen & learn, even from opponents.

Talking to people with different views has certainly backfired on me at times.
But I love being a visibly young, non-traditional transit creator with a broad range of supporters.
Listening and talking to different people has become unpopular, but it’s how we win.
