Can anyone tell at a glance what font this is?

Trying to replicate it for my anti/fa theatre design.

Tonight’s movie: Barton Fink (1990). It was such a slow burn that I nearly fell asleep, which I never do….but now, of course, the ending has me rethinking everything.

Hmmmm, do you think I should use these dried shrimp I bought yesterday, or nah

I had no idea that the Doctor from Voyager was based on Julian! What a nice nugget.

Also, my favorite fact about Robert Picardo is that he also played the swamp hag Meg Mucklebones in Legend

Tonight’s DS9 episode: “Dr. Bashir, I Presume?”

A whole Julian episode, my favorite—and it’s such a good one! My baby is genetically engineered??? 🫦😏

Tonight’s movie: The Beasts (2022). Phenomenal acting, directing, cinematography—everything, across the board. Hell of a movie to watch when you’ve just moved to a new country though. 😵‍💫

Current pleasure read. It’s really wonderful, @moudhy.bsky.social 🤩

Tonight’s movie: Your Name / Kimi No Na Wa (2016). I’ve had this on my watchlist since Hanoi. It was so good. Gorgeous animation—especially the use of light. It also “answers” the question of why we sometimes feel sudden, intense affinity for people we’ve never met or places we’ve never been. ❤️‍🩹

Cold days here. If I pull my cowl up, I look like Shai-Hulud

Whew, this episode. “For the Uniform.” Revealed a really ugly side of Sisko, imo. But I’m glad Eddington is living to see another day… he’s such a fascinating character.

What I want to know is, how are we going to celebrate the first anniversary of this photo

I got a Rorschach latté 😆 What do you see?

Worf with this episode’s best line 🤲🏻

Good service should be recognized 🤓

(Need to work on my Irish spelling, though…)

One year ago: my last Sunday in Melbourne. Couldn’t have spent it a better way.

Tonight’s movie: The Wild Robot (2024). Spectacular animation, but the story felt meh. Maybe it’s because of my cold, dead, unfeeling heart

I love living in Ireland this much already and I don’t even have a car yet

Tonight’s movie: Benedetta (2021). I was suspicious of a male director handling nuns and sexuality….and I was right to be! Very puerile, male gaze-y stuff, and also just really clumsy filmmaking. I quit after half an hour to go read the Wikipedia entry about the real person the movie was based on.

Belfast is very pretty. I’m only here for a day, to see a show, but wow, it reminds me of Central Pennsylvania. Same hills, trees, colors.

Getting ready for my performance piece. Wish me merde.

I *knew* this was Kurtwood Smith, even under the Cardassian makeup! Especially since I just watched him in To Die For last night.

Also, for fellow Wheel of Time fans, young Joaquin Phoenix was always Rand al’Thor in my head.

Last night’s movie: To Die For (1995). Oh what fun. Nicole Kidman is just so good, and that’s only the tip of the iceberg…Matt Dillon can play a world-class bonehead.
