I'm originally from Omaha and had relatives still on the farm near Columbus. Farmers live or die on accurate weather information. Congrats, rural Nebraska! You should have voted like Omaha, the Blue Dot.

I'm a retired Poli Sci professor and I never make these calls. Members of the House votes almost 100% on party lines no matter which organized groups call. They vote Party, then economic benefits for their District, then donors. Some intern keeps a count of calls and emails. That's it.
