Well, really what it is, the state doesn't want to spend money on rehabilitation. They have the money and resources in all of its various forms but they just don't care enough to spend the money in that way. This is a you know who dump state but hopefully that is changing.

It is & it is awful. Very, limited,cliquey & prejudice against poor people & neurodiversity. Very uneducated about how 2 help. They just want 2 build bigger prisons & throw all the black, brown and poor people in it. Not enough rehabilitation services & ongoing support 4 everyone here that needs it.
