And there you have it. These strikes are clearly not legal. Pete will push commanders aside until he finds one who won’t question these extrajudicial killings. #SOUTHCOM

Today, I convened a group of former military generals and veterans to hear perspectives on deploying troops in American cities.

Their commitment is to our nation. That’s why they’re speaking out against what the President's doing as uncalled-for, unprecedented, and un-American.

Federal resources aren’t campaign tools. Secretary Kristi Noem's new TSA video crosses the line, violating the Hatch Act with blatant political messaging.

We’re urging California airports to stand firm against this unlawful federal pressure and refrain from airing the video.

The burial of the Homan case — 50 k in cash in a cava bag??!!—would be strange and troubling even in a department of justice that enjoyed a presumption of regularity. In this department, which has lost that presumption, it stinks to high heaven and requires investigation.

Selective prosecution is an inordinately difficult defense to make. But a finding of inadequate evidence, followed by a firing of the US attorney who made that finding, followed by a presidential command to the Attorney General to prosecute his enemies is the strongest possible footing. Look for it.

Just to be clear: Brian Kilmeade *did not* endorse euthanizing homeless people. He advocated MURDERING over 700,000 of them.

And on a network that has been *beside itself* over the murder of just one man this week.

The fact that Matthew Dowd lost his job for pointing out Charlie Kirk’s hate speech, while Brian Kilmeade openly suggests we should euthanize the homeless and there is zero outrage, shows exactly what is terribly wrong with today’s political mainstream media.

Bolsonaro, the former president of Brazil, has been found guilty of plotting a military coup. Brazil's Supreme Court reached the majority of 3 votes needed to find him guilty.

Sentencing is scheduled for Friday.

I wish all countries would do this with a president who attempts to stage a coup.
