My favorite series is the third longest fantasy in existence. If I re read thst - it’s a months long undertaking. Each book is like 40-60 hours on audiobook lol and I read at about twice that speed. I could read a book a day if I stuck to 200 pagers. Quality over quantity is my line in the sand

People don’t know what fema is and that’s why they view it as unsuccessful. Frustrating because they provide hotels and water to people who lose their homes. An expensive undertaking but necessary

Trying to Teach my daughter discernment. The VIDEOS make it harder … truly. They aren’t thinking “hey let me Google and get past the AI suggestions” thr AI is making it even worse.

They are scary and happen so fucking scary. Also we get alerts all the time about thrm, usually this means we just don’t drive and watch for rising water… a lot of unique circumstances lead to people being on the river bank at night in the pitch dark. We need better infrastructure for sure.

Political because infrastructure can help protect people. We need to really call out the lack of infrastructure for this kind of weather. We can reduce the danger.

They are blaming Biden currently and claiming the NOAA is useless and it’s good they gutted it. For some reason a bunch of folk claimed they didn’t send warnings- they did, but we gave them a propaganda and it was foolish af, so now MAGA is double against weather alerts 😩🙃
