#NationalButtonDay This one is special but, the glues used in it's manufacture reacted with the backing and it disintegrated. It was very fragile. Unknown if it can be restored, I have the pieces. It is rare, I've only seen this button listed once online, it was made by Mgt. Weeber.

#NationalButtonDay I have a few military buttons, from the Revolution (French airtillary button) all the way to WWII. This one is from the 12th Wisconsin Infantry, Civil War. They were the only Wisconsin unit to have their buttons custom made with the state seal by Superior Dowling Quality Buttons.

#NationalButtonDay These are interesting. They are hollow inside and not very sturdy. It was marketed so you could "save money" on buttons. They re-introduced these in the 1970's and they were just as bad the 2nd time around. You couldn't wash them, they had to be removed 1st. These are celluloid.

Mom buys me a burger at McD's. Just order Regular Meat. It's on the breakfast ala cart menu under the Sausage selection if they can't find it. I have trained several McD's drive through people on this. Now they know I have arrived when Mom says 2 Regular meat when ordering. I am a queen!

Why yes, yes I do! Just not in a real friendly kind of way. I would be friends, but they always get away. They also tease me from the tree at the corner of the yard. I bark and tell them to stop, but they just keep chattering and throwing acorns at my head.
