I’m rocking a 32GB, 1TB, 16” M1 Max with 10 core CPU and 32 Core GPU. Best Mac I’ve ever had, but too heavy and bulky. I’m looking forward to a MacBook Air that matches the M1 Max GPU. Will probably have to wait for the M6.

Ditto. I’ve continued my practice of running my iPhone in low-power mode with the Air. In low-power mode, the Air battery life is 24+ hours — with zero noticeable performance trade-offs. Why doesn’t everyone do this!?

I don’t buy this. It’s too early to know the demand for a completely new device form factor. But this is definitely a clickbaity headline that’s sure to drive engagement from Apple haters.

I consciously chose to compromise on camera vs one-handed operation. I’m done with bulky iPhones and Macs, and I don’t think I’m alone.

I understand the logic, but the reality is completely different. The Air is a joy to hold, and more durable than any iPhone I’ve had - freaking magic. You have to experience it to appreciate it. This is “design that just works” — at least for me.

As an iPhone 13 mini fan who swore “the 13 mini will be my last iPhone if Apple doesn’t provide a device with a 5.8 inch or smaller screen”, I must admit that I’m loving the Air. I never imagined an iPhone with a 6.1” screen could feel as comfortable as the mini for 1-hand operation but here we are.
