the underworld clearly isnt a regular afterlife like the others it doesnt even work as one now apparently and it already had some form of native life in it with the spiders so the green bone warriors being native inhabitants works and explains why they are minifigs while both colors of skulkin arent

green bone warriors on the other hand dont even seem to be "dead" dead considering they can have and probably pass on elements
