The only platform that isn’t offering them is Nintendo, and it’s always that playerbase acting the most over the top insulting for wanting to do the activities the developer made in a good game, like they’re on every other platform, clearly general audiences like them lol

Achievements are made by the developers, I don’t see how following that list is a bad thing because I feel like I’m getting my monies worth trying to 100% games. Like achievement haters always conflate them with bragging rights but to me it’s no different than following a quest, hate feels forced.

I hated Superstars & CD stage design because it felt unnecessarily open ended but with a Sonic Metroidvania in mind, stage design like those games would be perfect for this idea. This is really exciting and I’d love for this to happen someday.
