When I was in maybe junior high, my dad told his parents that we wouldn’t come for the holidays if they continued to allow his alcoholic brother to be drunk and inappropriate. I was so proud of him.

My LARP has corn maze lore that is nearly that old, from an event that was held in one. The realm of Death is in a corn maze, and if you find a piece of someone’s spirit in the maze, you get to keep it and live longer at their expense.
