Yeah, that leaves a huge margin of how contracts can be structured, even if there is not a lot of knowledge about how cycling contracts are structured.

For all I know Pogacar's contract is one million base salary, 7 millions for racing more than 3 days. 😁

I don't know how. As far as I'm aware, teams don't have to register riders salaries with UCI.
Then there is the question of contract bonus being included in these salaries values.

Either way I'm very curious to know more about these numbers.

The thing is they are. They go to UAE because they throw them money that other teams don't. If I'm not mistaken del Toro was rumoured to be close to a million in salary (and he was going to get a raise because of the giro performance). So even if they are young, they are not cheap

I have a hard time believing that number for UAE, as Pogacar alone gets around 8 million.

As for the second, my guess would be Ineos. A lot of old pricey contracts.

I'm sure he does, because french people always pronounce things their way, regardless of it is the right way 😆
But in this case it is horrible. Eurosport Portugal has a French commentator, and even he refuses to use the french pronunciation of his name (even if in this case is the right one)

The name is portuguese (in this case his grandfather was from Portugal), so if you want it you can find the Portuguese way here: pt.forvo.com/word/seixas/

Neither them or you are wrong. He and his trainer both have said that the climbing work he did when he changed to UAE made him lose a lot of explosion. And only last year he started training to gain it again.
Apparently we are now seeing the results

It's a tough call...
It's 7/8 minute climb, the bije change will take about 15/20 seconds. I don't know if they can make up that difference in such a short time

Welcome to the renown portuguese double parking. We have a lot of that here unfortunately.
Maybe it's karmic punishment for you cursing the first stage :p

No we don't... :p
He is just so scared of taking any risk whatsoever. In the post race interview he was just saying how the end was very dangerous

Ele até parece que reclama com o Coqard... Meteu-se num buraco de onde nunca iria sair. Casmurro parece uma boa descrição :p

Não percebo do que é que o Narváez se está a queixar. Parece me um sprint limpo
