If the plumber couldn’t find a leak then it is likely on the side the utility company is responsible for. I would be calling every single day or contacting whoever is in charge in your parish/county district and insisting it be handled.

Gorgeous photo!!! These are one of my favorite birds… my granddaughter tried to rescue an injured juvenile but animal rescue would not come pick it up for several days and it sadly passed away!
