Put some kind of a menthol based gel on your abdomen where the cramps are. I use Dr. hoys massage gel but any kind of menthol rub for pain relief will help. It forces the muscles to relax which stops the cramping almost immediately.

I basically make a pallet lol I have fake grass on the ground, plus I bring out a pillow and blanket that I use just for the patio. I’m in AZ so it’s still warm enough to be outside
