Feeling a bit better today. Had a psych appt yesterday and got some anti anxiety meds. Phew! Anxiety is at an all time high.

Had a garage cleaning date with my husband this morning, attended a friends 70th bday party and now I’m at the urgent care vet with my foster dog cuz the cat scratched his eye. It’s turning out to be a long day.
