4/The many one-way door decisions are cataclysmic and devastating as leaders get them wrong. The immediate effects are just scratches on the surface of pathways we can't come back from. Is reform needed? Yes. This is not the way.

3/What Musk, Trump, and team are doing are making cataclysmic one-way door decisions with extreme ignorance and prejudice. Shuttering USAID, crushing research in the US - these are one-way door decisions being made recklessly. We cannot about face and come back from these.

2/The problem with the Musk approach is it's a deeply flawed because it's a product based mindset. Jeff Bezos has/had a more appropriate approach to decision making: whether decisions are reversable - is this a one-way or a two-way door decision.

1/Musk and team have applied the idea that we cut deeply, to the bone, and add back. We should question whether the requirements are valid, whether the principles are accurate - and to challenge that, we try to break it and then the supposed truth comes out.

It's from notebook therapy. There's a pack that has a few stencil sheets. I use them for gaming journaling and my work journal.
