🩺 In pregnancy, don’t delay diagnostics or treatment:
• Take biopsies - use bronch/cystoscopy/TOE/even laparotomy if needed
• Give chemotherapy if indicated
• Use Steroids — ideally those processed by placental 11β-HSD (e.g., prednisolone)
