Trump cannot think of good roads, because America is beautifully made, no poor water, no energy problems, and many other issue are at least 70/80% okay. So he prefer wasting his term on idle stuffs.

If making poor people around the world, and many support from US Foreign Aid stop to feed the poor and save lives is a good idea, then we wish him well. He is rather suppressing the poor or not saving lives of many people, all I would pray for is for heavy Karma to befall him.
