I was told yesterday that the asthma medication I need is over $700 for 3 months. But that's ok... The generic is only $299 for 1 month. I just can't.

Talk to a nutritionist who specializes in Celiac disease. Easing into it may not be an option as the condition is destroying your small intestines. Read, understand and get healthy again! Best wishes.

Gluten is in wheat, rye, barley and malt. Most soy sauce is made from wheat, but you can buy gluten free that is made only from soy. It can be called tamari but should be marked gluten free. If you have Celiac, you can't eat ANY gluten or you will get sick and damage your small intestines.
