Straight up racism! White people (especially men) have felt threatened since Obama won and feel they are being replaced by black and brown people. They may not recognize it as racism, but their anxiety at being at the bottom of the chain makes them angry. Their unchecked/inherent racism won out 😢

It’s truly heartbreaking 💔. I had more faith that Americans would open their eyes and hearts and I am so disappointed. I guess I naively expected more 😢
