When I was growing up in, we had a really hard winter. 6” of snow, 1” ice, and then repeat every couple of days. Mom made up a Hot Dog and Potato Casserole, whenever she made it, the snow storm was always worse, usually getting us 2 days off from school rather than one. Does Brooke want the recipe?
