Im hated cause my ex TELLS me who he's dating to create that reaction, that woman has a CHILD. Of course I will reach out. But a SMEAR CAMPAIGN occurred instead of safety because she didn't want @saliknpc.bsky.social to know she was doing shady shit behind his back. Yall dont even know me! Period.

Being felt unsafe is the most uncomfortable emotion ever. Even worse when it includes kids. I was never safe, was always working to avoid him. I finally left. He destrohed my evidence, here's some I recovered.

It makes you genuinely wonder what exactly is being told about you. Other than i want to reach out, so it never happens again. While you are poking me, you unblock me so that I can't tap into your world, and it's very tenting and hard to not want to reach out to these innocent victims.

I guess after a decade of being silent and only seeking help through counseling, being in fight or flight mode to the point it crashed my autoimmune system, permanent physical injuries, and still having to beg to, please be nice to the kids... it just makes me want to scream.

When my ex said "i never loved you, you were just an excellent caregiver" really destroyed me. I looked at my ; tattoo, chin up and my cousin put this phoenix on my thigh.
