Take time to breathe. A degree only holds as much power as you give it depending on the field. As someone who has broken down as a result of college twice over, your mentals matter more than a piece of paper. Find some time to just be if you can.

Just make sure to spare some time for yourself. You can't take care of others if you haven't taken care of yourself.
