I’ve said this before but it bears repeating. There is nothing the Trump/Musk regime does that isn’t a direct benefit to Russia & China. Putin has been gunning for #USAID & #NATO for years. China has busily worked to usurp 🇺🇸 soft power & influence by building infrastructure, food aid etc.
