Yes, it was real. Heard many stories in my family handed down about the terror. Very sad that people think it could happen here. Our Americans were the soldiers of valor in Normandy and throughout Europe once we entered WW2. Don't know what happened to us, hope the predictions are wrong!

Love it! Math has a history that supercedes time. Mistakes are made in math all the time, and we have opportunities to correct them. I wish everything in life was like that.

So true. Most can't do 5th grade math. And God forbid if the school is using Eureka Math. Most people don't even know what it is, even less know how to do it.
