I may have missed it, but were there any notable diffences in the dexterity of the wild and captive populations of both groups? Also, especially in the Prairie Mice, was there any difference noted in wild caught mice near urban or populated areas?

Not impossible, but the will isn't there. The monarch is a picture on our money, that most don't give much thought to.

Hadn't thought about the exemptions, but I can see that being a thing. I could see our provincial government first in line to negotiate for them.
