"ACTUALLY IT'S BED-STUY" she yelled to anyone who would listen! These three blocks are in Bed-Stuy, the cyclists who use the bike lane are in Bed-Stuy, other communities are affected, and the Hasidic community act like none of that is true. Adams' spox calling it Wburg here is a reflection of that.
