at the very least if things need to be kept vague, you need to say upfront what the allegations are/situation is and what's at stake. is it speedrun stuff? a mental health break? something more heinous? and if you cant offer even that to any person in AND out of the know, then wait until you Can

before this post, the only people who were going to be speculating about it would have been people who were involved somewhat w/ whatever The Situation is. i did not know a thing was even happening before i saw this, but now all i know is that there's an Ambiguous Mysterious Situation Unfolding

when people hear "we can't give you all the details, we'll tell you more later" it sounds Very legally advised and that almost NEVER means anything good to most people, especially those who only know said creator in their peripheral and aren't deep in the speedrunning weeds

it's just like :/ given who the OP is, best case is something just came up personally and/or smth was meddled with in the speedruns or whatever, and i just Don't think that is worth such a vague post like this. i'm sure they meant well but a LOT is lost in translation in posts like these
