my stress dreams always consist of a mildly stressful situation compounded by me having Shasta with me and being even more stressed about her wellbeing, and usually I'm carrying her. I.e. running to catch a plane, but I'm carrying Shasta... lost in a mall, but carrying Shasta... etc. 🥴
