Hello, Bluesky! Boulevard is a literary magazine founded in 1984 in New York City by author Richard Burgin, and now based in St. Louis. For decades we've published the finest in fiction, nonfiction, and poetry. We hold three contests for emerging writers every year. We pay every author we publish.
