I'm me. That's it.
You won't see a better idea than the one DBM has just given to Al Riffa in Irish St Ledger. Perfect!

Even a brilem clock is write....
Looking an ok price now.
6-1 SCANDANAVIA looks a very good price for St Ledger. Lighting quick in Bahrain trophy. Remarkably posting the fastest final furlong time on the card. I can't wait to see if @simonrowlands.bsky.social writes about this in his brilliant attheraces blog.

I’m struggling to see how Jel Pepper isn’t favourite for the 1.50 at Doncaster on Thursday. He was marooned by the draw last time in Ireland. Now he gets a significant swing at the weights with Brussels, who looks vulnerable dropping back in trip. The 4-1, Jel Pepper looks more than fair.

Runs tomorrow. Very interested to see, because like I said, I think this might be a good one.
I'm just catching up with yesterday's racing. (1.30 curr) Isaac Newton was given. I think they call it a 'considered' ride.

I think this could be a decent one, when 'rigour and determination' is applied.

AKKADIAN THUNDER 16-1 looks a big price for the International handicap at Ascot on Saturday. Has a tendency to hang, but I think 99 is a workable mark. Overpriced!

@simonrowlands.bsky.social Hi, Simon, ordinarily 3-1 anti post for a Bunbury Cup would be considered short. However, comparing MORE THUNDER against other races on the card, his sectionals, time compared to the Group 1, he's going to take a good deal of beating. 3-1 axtually looks pretty fair, IMO.

@simonrowlands.bsky.social Hi, Simon, I was very taken by Treanmor on Sunday. I appreciate the time was very slow, but it won in taking style. The Chesham was the target, i thought it was a Conventry stakes style run. Have you any stride data for the horse? Thank you

(2.10 York) tomorrow, JM JUNGLE 7-1 looks primed. (2.42) Johan Cruyff 14-1, though I think he'll drift further, should run well, too.

Anticipating race dynamics is part of informed betting, but that doesn’t absolve riders from responsibility when tactical errors occur. Shoemark’s ride, when broken down through sectionals, leaves room for criticism and that accountability matters regardless of market value.

Ok, first post. Horse racing, I'm afraid. I have two horses on my mind for the Grand National.

1) Meetingofthewaters (25-1) - watch back last years race. Might be a non stayer, but a much lighter campaign and only 1lb higher, must be a player

2) Perceval Legalllois (14-1) Stays and jumps well.
