I feel horrible saying this, but I can’t watch the news anymore. It’s effecting my mental health. I feel wrong because I will lose out. Anytime I hear the news, I feel my blood pressure going up and my anxiety gets out of control. Am I wrong for avoiding the news?

I was thinking about the pandemic started five years ago. How we had to stay at home. It was boring at first, but my mom and I started our pandemic road trips. We went all over Allegany, Chattaqua, Cattergus, Steuben, Livingston, McKean and Potter Countiesin NY and PA. How I miss those days.
