Last deployment of the year turned into a 6 day critical care stay with 3 procedures but I couldn’t have ended up at a better hospital that welcomed my service dog to stay with open arms & treated him like the king he is. South Carolina & Prisma Health Baptist have won me over.

Evacuation is a privilege, not a right
Perhaps I am answering my own question haha! But it seems like this would be good data to gather. Why don't people leave? It might help FEMA learn where best to expand support.

Evacuation is a privilege, not a right
I will say this every notice event there is. Jim Cantore is not a meteorology hero. His unsafe antics influence others, especially in a time where so many are on the hunt to make a viral social media post, to not heed warnings/alerts & disregard their safety putting others at risk to save them.
