Do you not see how patronizing you are being? I lived with food insecurity in my teen years due to reasons I don’t want to get into and I frequently thought I’m hungry. I didn’t think I’m food insecure. What would you have told me? Go get something to eat?

Looked it up. It’s hunger due to little access to food and trying to stretch food amongst family members. Very traumatic stuff that someone has decided to use the most milquetoast terminology to describe. My criticism still stands. Have a good evening.
