Partick Burgh Hall in the west of Glasgow looking very exotic against this morning's rather stunning sunrise.

How I hate what this road has done to Glasgow. This used to the heart of the city.

Good morning, Glasgow. I might've had to leave a little bit earlier than usual to scrap ice of the car windows this morning, but sunrises like this are why I love doing the school run at this time of year!

A College of Building and Printing bag for the messages. Or as someone told me recently it was lovingly known as the College of Drinking and Smoking 🍺🚬

I've always loved this 'face' on a tenement on Dumbarton Road in the Partick area of Glasgow.

Burnet and Boston's 1903 red sandstone tenement on the corner of Dumbarton Road and Vine Street in the Partick area of Glasgow looking particularly spectacular in today's early morning sun (and with the waning moon just visible in the sky behind it!).

I love the shape of this tenement at Partick Cross in Glasgow. The new cafe on the ground floor has been very well done and fits in very nicely with the rest of the building, which is always great to see, especially at a major road junction.

My top 20 beaches of 2024.
No.18: Freswick Bay, Caithness.
There aren’t too many beaches on this rugged north east coast but my favourite is this gem of a bay complete with its own overlooking castle. A lone seal followed my walk along the shore here 🦭🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
