Just got this from Sky. We’ve been paying them for full fibre broadband for years. What the hell have they been supplying, and does this explain why it’s so crap?

Yesterday I took my m/bike to work, but had close encounters with 2 psychopathic drivers on the way back. Reluctantly taking the West Mids tram this morning. Delightful. And expensive.

I realise I hadn’t posted a pic of the latest steed. Now with top box, but lacks the punch of the R1150 but half the weight, so a good fit for the insane B’ham traffic, when I’m in the mood to dice with death.

I love this view in Ortaköy’s Dereboyu Caddesi with the apartment buildings dwarfed by the elevated approach to the Bosphorus Bridge, and the skyscrapers behind. Difficult with my skill levels to do it justice on the iPhone though.

Chaos in the backstreets of Ortaköy tonight as all the drivers who brought their cars to the party realised it wasn’t such a smart idea. So here’s a more tranquil scene of Fatih Sultan Mehmet bridge at the Bosphorus yesterday.
