I think people who keep insisting the left is more violent, even though every data point shows the opposite, aren’t doing it because they believe it. They’re doing it to stir up more right wing violence. MTG can scramble all she wants to save herself, but I’ll never trust her.

Hopefully the Epstein files get the Titan-report treatment where they redact the name but leave in "the guy who made Titanic".

lol "picturesque". That's not the word they use when women are even so much as stern with a man but okay.

The core power within this radius has also remained the same. Staffing increased, locations that were temporary became semi-permanent or permanent. They have not been granted more power within these zones. If you are referring to illegal actions taken, that's what they are - not legally supported.

And Bush's Patriot Act didn't expand this radius, the 100 mile radius from external borders was set in 1953 when the Immigration and Naturalization Service created the rule that became 8 CFR 287.1. No later court case or act changed that, it's been around longer than you probably have.

That case involved two Border Patrol checkpoints in California, both located on highways about 66 miles and 68 miles north of the Mexican border. The Mexican border is an external boundary, and therefore the 100 mile rule was relevant; 66 and 68 are less than 100.

19 U.S. Code § 1644a defines ports of entry, which is again not interchangeable with external boundary. It's literally in the title, "ports of entry": www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/...

You're treating port of entry as a synonym for external boundary. That is incorrect. The 100 mile radius applies to the latter. 8 CFR 287.1 will define external boundary for you, 8 CFR 287.1(a)(2) will show you the 100 mile radius rule. Note which term it uses. Hint: It's not port of entry.

Because his family, and others like it, benefit during times of strife. His parents made bank during the apartheid so now Leon is trying to get his own thing started here.
