Could they? Where I go in Ireland I see signs stating “NO SOLAR” or “NO WINDFARMS HERE”, seems to me Ireland is a very difficult place to get things built. It’s a shocking disgrace that the western cost hasn’t had significant offshore windfarm build already. It has zero!
