Swelling has gone down massively. Bruising is still there. Scabs are itchy af though. Teeth hurt like a bitch so I'm still not eating solid food.

Chihuahuas are a trip. I thought I understood a dog's loyalty, but I did not. Chihuahua loyalty is on another plane.

Anyone interested in me cataloging the cuck chairs during my journey? I'll be staying in a lot of different rooms. Here's an example from tonight.
Colloquially known as "the cuck chair", it is that lone chair in a corner. Usually facing the bed. This example is a yellow colored chair. Perhaps even on the chartreuse spectrum. The seat is a solid color while the back has a pattern that makes it look as if there are yellow outlined Christian crosses on a taupe background. Which makes sense since I'm in Utah. There is a tall lamp behind the chair. The flooring is striped carpet in shades of black, grey and white. The left wall behind the chair is a purple color. Possibly eggplant? There is a landscape photo hanging on the wall. The other wall is just white. You can partially see part of the bed. It has white bedding.

My favorite part of I-15 going north from Nevada into Utah. You cross this tiny sliver of Arizona. It looks like you're going to drive into the wall but instead you get treated to the beauty of the Virgin River Gorge.

There were free kittens at the feed store. Which means there are now free kittens in the house. Welcome, Talayla and Lola.
