One night can set a person back all week! For me it’s just pain. I fall asleep and the bones on that side start aching within an hour. Wake up, turn over, repeat. All night until after a few hours my body refuses to fall back to sleep. Hope you can find a way to mentally relax on those rough nights

Sorry you’re dealing with it this bad. I ordered the Traditional Medicinals tea so I’ll try that tonight. What’s your next step? My kidneys are screaming at me and I’m sure lack of sleep isn’t helping
