This dryer than usual spring has done wonders for Yorkshire blossom, including the garden alstromeria. So many in the last week, 3 bunches for me, 4 bunches for neighbours!

This morning's group walk in Middleton Woods, Ilkley, in lovely sunshine.
1. On the bus leaving Otley. 2. Cherry blossom framing Ilkley Lido 3. & 4. Carpets of bluebells in Middleton Woods, Ilkley. My first visit. A lovely place to walk, though some steep-ish slopes to navigate. A stick = essential
