A few years ago, I went to a concert wearing a red, full length leather coat that was likely made in 2010. A gorgeous, fresh-faced twenty-something petted the arm and purred to me, "Oh I bet you've had this coat for aaaaages."

Loving this layering affect. (I add in prayers and offerings to the spirits of the land and house to build my relationships there--I never presume, but always hope good neighbors may be more likely to work pro-actively and protectively with one another.)
