As per the Cooper test for VO2 max, I am at 49.0mL/kg/min. I was able to increase my runs from 2kms to 2.7kms in the same duration of 12 minutes. But, as per Apple watch, I am still at 44.

I often find myself stretched between personal projects & commercial projects, and I mostly end up being in thick soup.
The mindset that I have changed to now is 6h of pure commercial work. If there's anything left, switch to hobby projects.

The only way to amplify your ideas is to talk more. The more you do, the more they will stick to others. I was under the impression that it's lame to repeat oneself over and over with the same thoughts repackaged into something new.

My world view can be flawed and I don't have any trouble accepting it. But at the same time, I would like hear people talk about theirs. There can be peace between the two without me pushing mine and they pushing theirs or to even imagine a union of two.
