i agree totally i remember hearing EoE and the anime ending are like in parallel from a video when i first was trying to understand where both fit together .. i really loved the stuff the manga fleshed out or did differently tho it was sad how kaworu was much less close with shinji in the manga lol

interested to see the parts on gaza but ppl were critical of how it’s presented, (references to biden calling netanyahu expletives behind the scenes as some form of exoneration) the first chapter has been on trump tho and then russia, so it seems to follow from fear-rage-peril which i haven’t read
