1) Lay down doing nothing
2) Drink some water before sleeping
3) Say (the time you're gonna wake up at) 3 times
4) Sleep

I get great ideas when I do tasks that require only my mind and me. Reading, learning, walking, sitting, doing school work, etc. They're boring but the only way to get ideas. Every billionaire often participated in boring tasks to get wonderful ideas that exist today.

Your strategy won't be perfect the first time but after applying it 2-3 times it will. You'll know what was missing, what you lacked previously and will create the next strategy better.
