Try this:

+ Throw out every unhealthy snack in your house.
+ Delete Uber Eats.
+ Don’t eat out.
+ Set a bedtime alarm (yes, even on weekends).
+ Turn off your phone before bed.
+ DThe first 3 days will suck.
The next 30 years might not.
