My general outline for an adventure, kupo, is areas w/visual descriptions, planned important characters, important information, monsters/traps/challenges to be overcome, primary goal.

If it has a margin for failure or success, I have rough ideas in mind either way, kupo. If it is expected to have this exact moment or that exact moment, they simply happen & the group decides how to go from there(usually into a margin for failure or success).
